Fab Finds: Di Raimondo's Italian Market & Cheese Shop
You wanna know what my literal heaven on earth is?!?! This place. Di Raimondo's Italian Market & Cheese Shop in Paso Robles, California.
Every time I visit Paso Robles (which is often....THANKFULLY), I make SURE to stop in to this gem of a place! If you're a fan of charcuterie, aka meats and gourmet cheeses then you'd be in heaven here too! What's nice is that they let you sample the cheeses so that you can find exactly what you're looking for to make sure your dinner party or your night in with that glass of wine is just perfect! After going in so many times, I've finally discovered which ones are my favorite cheeses and those are the ones I ALWAYS get when I go in no matter what- of course with a little taste before too! Not only are their cheeses UNREAL, but they have the freshest meats that are freshly sliced to order.
Now, I don't know about you, but I'm a sucker for bread...to be honest, who isn't!?! When it comes to meat, cheese and bread, it's the TRIFECTA people!! Their bread though...oh boy, it is SO good and SO popular that you have to call ahead to reserve baguettes because they go THAT fast! They are so soft and chewy with the perfect crunch sprinkled with just the right amount of salt on top! OMG. I need a loaf right now. *Salivating*

Not only is Di Raimondo's an amazing shop well known for their meats and cheeses, but they are fully stocked in all things Italian goods! They've got pastas, sauces, oils, vinegars, spreads, crackers, chocolates, you name it! This place is literally a one stop shop!
So next time you're in Paso Robles for some wine tasting or visiting for the heck of it, make sure to stop in and pick up a spread! Oh! But don't forget to call ahead and reserve those baguettes!! Those babies are key!
Now, be prepared to salivate...
Oh, and while you're at it, stop by Sculpterra Winery and pick up a bottle of their Petite Sirah to finish everything off! That is my FAVORITE wine of theirs!! They also have a KILLER sculpture garden to walk through, just gorgeous!!
