Fab Finds: The Best "I've Tried It" Pinterest Recipes

As you probably know by now, I love to cook, and I love trying new recipes! I've created a Pinterest board over time that I've designated solely to recipes I've tried!  After I pin them to that board, I write a brief description of what I liked or didn't like, that way it gives you guys a better idea of what to try!  SO, I thought I'd share with you 10 recipes that are my some of favorite FAB FINDS!

...in no particular order.

1. Rosemary Lemon Roasted Chicken Breasts

My Thoughts:  This has to be THE juiciest chicken I've ever roasted!! It's so good, and not to mention it took zero time to prep!! It's such an easy weeknight dinner, and great if you're meal prepping!

2. Authentic Fettuccine Alfredo

My Thoughts:  When I made this, I roasted some garlic and added it to the sauce as well as bacon, chicken and fresh parsley.  I also cooked my chicken in bacon grease to add some extra flavor and let me tell you, this was probably the best fettuccine I've ever had! SO GOOD!! Go ahead, indulge yourself and don't be intimidated!

2. Caramel Toffee Crunch Cheesecake

My Thoughts:  Oh my...I made this cheesecake for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day and it was unreal. It honestly challenges any cheesecake at Cheesecake Factory! Not kidding.  Plus...we may or may not have eaten it all. Whoopsies.

4.  Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

My Thoughts:  This was the EASIEST, most delicious banana bread I have ever made. GO MAKE IT IMMEDIATELY!!

5.  Breakfast Casserole

My Thoughts:  Oh wow, beyond simple to prepare and the flavor in incredible!! I used fresh rosemary and I think that really made a difference! We probably could've eaten two casseroles! Gimme.

6. Zucchini Noodles with Cherry Tomato Garlic Cream Sauce and Breadcrumbs

My Thoughts:  This is SO yummy!!! I added some ground turkey to the sauce which made it a little more heartier! Also, I couldn't find the cherry tomato sauce (the first time around), but the regular whole tomato sauce works out just as well! I didn't make the bread crumbs because I had some cheese and garlic croutons from Trader Joe's on hand, so I chopped those up and put 'em on top which was a GREAT idea! P.S. Not kidding, I made this probably 2 times a week for maybe 3 weeks in a row...craving it.

7.  Buffalo Chicken Dip with Ranch

My Thoughts:  Probably one of my favorite dips I've made!  So easy and so much flavor! I make this for almost every event I go to or whenever I have friends over...people literally demand it these days! It's that good!  Oh, and I use Bolthouse Ranch for my ranch of choice!

8.  Pumpkin Upside Down Cake

My Thoughts:  Biggest hit at Thanksgiving! I've made this probably for the past two or three years in a row and it never gets old.  Whenever my mom and I go over the menu for Thanksgiving, she automatically writes this dessert down.  Mmmm, I wish it were Fall.

10.  Mississippi Roast

My Thoughts:  Probably one of the best meats I have made in the crock pot! It took ZERO effort and has all the flavor you could as for!! I made them as sandwiches and it was SOOO good with some melted provolone! *salivating*

I could go on and on because there's so many good ones out there! I'm thinking maybe once a month, I'll put together a little list of the recipes I've tried and loved during that month, would you guys like that?

Let me know if you try any of these recipes and what you think! Enjoy!
