And she is telling the truth! This peanut butter chocolate cheesecake is a dream and The DIY Foodie really outdoes herself with this one! Last Friday, I made this gorgeous thing and surprised my mom for her birthday, and let me tell you, it was a hit all around the table! I mean really, how can you go wrong with peanut butter, chocolate, Oreos, peanut butter cups and CHOCOLATE GANACHE!?! Exactly.
It really looks more intimidating than it actually is, I promise! I've made much more challenging cheesecakes and this one was actually pretty simple! Honestly, the hardest part was unwrapping all the individual peanut butter cups and trying not to eat them all! So, if you're in the mood to make a cheesecake and be naughty because you're more than likely gonna want to eat the whole thing, I highly recommend this one! #zeropoints
