Fab Finds: Labor Day Menu Ideas
What are you doing for Labor Day weekend!? Staying in town or heading out? For me, I am staying in town and I couldn't be more excited! I'm thinking about throwing together a little impromptu BBQ or get together this weekend, so IF that happens, I wanna be prepared.
I've decided to put together a few menu items to make your life (and mine) a lot easier for your BBQ - party planning festivities!

1. Strawberry & Peach RosΓ© Sangria
Doesn't this just look SO refreshing and delicious!? My girl Gaby has created the perfect drink to sip this holiday weekend and I am SO down to try it!
I haven't really been much of a beer drinker lately, but for some reason this simple cocktail of mixing beer and lemon-lime soda together sounds so delicious! Super crisp and yummy on a warm day!
I love plums and I love sage, so when I was watching "Southern at Heart" on Food Network and saw this wonderful concoction being created, I was in heaven! It sounds SO good!!

1. Layered Buffalo Chicken Dip
I'm OBSESSED with all things buffalo and looking at this dip just makes me want to face plant into it right now. There's chicken, there's cream cheese, but most importantly, there's BACON!! Need to make now.
With all the fresh stone fruit in season right now, this guacamole is a perfect mixture of summer and fun! I don't know about you, but I love fruit salsa, so adding avocados in there just creates an extra layer of delicious creaminess!
Wedge fries are glorious! I mean really, any kind of fry is scrumptious, but a fry that takes multiple bites to eat is so perfect. These parmesan fries would be so delicious partnered up with the best dip of all, ranch dressing. However, if you're feeling adventurous, some chipotle ranch dressing would be BOMB!

1. Grilled Peach & Arugula Salad
Grilled Peaches. Burrata. Arugula. Three of my favorites things, ESPECIALLY in the summer!! Oh man, I could eat an arugula salad every day if I had to. The peppery bite of these leaves mixed with the sweetness of the peaches and the creaminess of the burrata is a perfect summer salad.
Every now and then I get a craving for some good old fashioned potato salad. That is all!
Have you jumped on the quinoa bandwagon?? I LOVE IT! It's easy to make and good for you! It's great served cold or served hot and such a versatile ingredient! This salad sounds amazing, not to mention that mouth-watering dressing!!

1. Spicy Shrimp Tacos
Shrimp tacos are one of my favorite go-to meals! There's honestly nothing like freshly grilled shrimp right off the Bar-B...throw them into tacos and you are SET! So fresh, so delicious and full of flavor!
This burger has everything you need - it's juicy, cheesy, gooey, and fresh! I think it's the perfect burger to whip up this weekend!
Ummm hi. Where have these been all my life!?! Mexican corn in general is the bomb diggity, but on NACHOS?!?! Come on. That's like next level goodness.

1. S'more Cheesecake Pops
Anything s'mores is just so delightful, but a s'mores cheesecake pop?! Ok yeah, I'm on board. Making your own pops is all the rage, and I completely get it! It's fun and you can be creative and know exactly what you're putting into those yummy treats!! All I know is I need to make these babies!
Grilling peaches definitely brings out that extra sweetness! This dessert is not only a healthier option, but it's so simple to make AND it looks GORGEOUS!! You're sure to impress all your friends with this one!
BROWNIES!!! I don't know about you, but when I have the opportunity to use as little bowls or pans as possible in the kitchen, I take it! That's why this brownie recipe is perfect, one bowl only. Throw everything in there, mix it up and you're good to go! These brownies just look so ooey and gooey that I am dying for one right now!
Did you see anything you liked!? Oh man, I'm really gonna have to think about what I wanna make this weekend! Hopefully this helps you narrow down some options for a fabulous weekend full of labor day love!
